No. HANDeMANbid takes 0% of any job — pros keep 100%. Everything is free during early access. If we ever add paid options (like a Pro plan), they'll be optional and announced in the app first.

Try this order: (1) Sign out, then Continue with Google or Apple again. (2) If you joined with email, use the same email and password (6+ chars). (3) On the iPhone app, make sure you're on the latest TestFlight/App Store build. If it still fails, tell us which button you tapped and the exact message — we'll fix it.

Bids come from pros who see your job, and we're still growing in many areas. Three things help: describe the job clearly, set a budget range, and choose a start window. You'll get a notification the moment a bid arrives. You can also tap Find pros to invite specific pros directly.

Tap the bell → Enable push, then allow notifications when your phone asks. On iPhone, notifications need the app from TestFlight/App Store (the web version can't push on iOS). If you allowed it and still get nothing, tell us your phone model and we'll check the delivery log.

You can delete your account yourself, right now: tap the 🛟 Help button → 'Delete my account' at the bottom → confirm. It's immediate and permanent (jobs, bids, profile, notifications removed; reviews you wrote stay anonymized). Prefer we do it? Reply 'Delete my account' and we'll confirm within 7 days.

Thanks for flagging it. Tell us the job title or the pro's name and what happened. We review every report within 1 business day and can hide the listing or suspend the account. Pros: open the job under Find work → Your bids → Edit or Withdraw. Homeowners: open the job under My jobs → Edit job (while it's open). Once a pro is hired, the amount is locked — use Mark done / Reopen instead.
